Its menu, masterfully executed, fuses traditional Ottoman cuisine with international delicacies and a special slate of creations by culinary celebrity Byron Ayanoglu, chef to the Stars (Robert De Niro, Mick Jagger, Richard Harris, Christopher Reeve and many others) during his long career as caterer to major Hollywood film-sets. 

Expect to savour rack of lamb with pistachios, wild mushroom böreks, pomegranate prawns, tangerine-marinated salmon, sea-bass with beurre-noir, steak au poivre, sauteed chestnuts, choice goat cheese baked and served on baby greens, chocolate baklava, flour-less hazelnut torte, and wine-poached pears. Olive will regale you with a repast to match its priceless views.
