Q. At what time can I check in and at what time do I have to check out?

A. The earliest check in time is 13:00 pm. If there are available rooms for the guests before the time we mentioned above, our reception staff will help you for sure.The latest check out time is 12:00 pm. For the late check out regulations, please contact to the reception desk.

Q. What Kind of Bed I will get?

A. We have double beds in Deluxe single rooms, Double or two twin beds in Deluxe doble rooms and double or twin bed with a sofa bed in Deluxe double rooms with sofa bed. Subject to our guests request before arrival we can arrange either bed types in the room.

Q. Are there safety deposit boxes available in the hotel?

A. Yes there are safety boxes in the rooms. You can also leave your luggage in our storage before arrival or after check out.

We need your credit card details just for the guarantee of your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged unless you do not cancel your reservation within the cancellation period.

Istanbul has a wide option of state and private hospitals. Turkey has more hospitals accredited by the U.S.-based Joint Commission than any other country in the world.

A. You can rent a car with an international driving licence, but driving can be interesting and roads busy. An alternative option is to hire a car and driver.
